Export clusters and what they make
Andhra Pradesh's export goods for importers are mostly craft and stone, made in small towns and villages across the state. These are the clusters we can confirm from official sources.

The two toy GIs and the lace GI protect the names. Goods sold as Kondapalli, Etikoppaka or Narasapur should come from the registered producers and area; we can record where the work is done.
Products we inspect in Andhra Pradesh
- Wooden toys: wooden toy inspection checks splinters, sharp edges and points, small parts, loose pieces, lacquer and paint finish, and age labelling. Heavy metals in the paint or lacquer are lab tests under EN 71 or ASTM F963. More on the toys hub.
- Crochet lace: crochet lace and embroidered textiles: size and shape after blocking, pattern match to the approved sample, loose ends and broken loops, thread colour and cleanliness. More on the home textiles hub.
- Granite: granite slabs and tiles: thickness, flatness and squareness, polish, open cracks versus natural veins, resin and mesh backing, edge chips and crate strength. Wooden crates need ISPM 15 treatment and marks. More on the stone hub.

Seafood: container loading only
Seafood from Visakhapatnam and Bhimavaram is outside our inspection scope: food safety, species, grading and temperature control belong to the exporter's approvals, the regulators and accredited labs. We can supervise the container loading: the container's condition, the carton count against the packing list, carton marks and damage, stowage and the seal number, with photographs at each stage.
How coverage and travel work in Andhra Pradesh
None of our six inspector bases is in Andhra Pradesh, so every town in the state is Band C. An inspector travels from one of our bases, or a vetted freelance inspector covers the visit, working to the Clear To Load checklist and verdict. A supervisor reviews every report before release.
