1. Who we are
The controller (under the GDPR and UK GDPR) and data fiduciary (under the DPDP Act) is Clear To Load, C-10, Saraswati Nagar Main Rd, M.I.A. 1st Phase, Basni, Jodhpur 342001, Rajasthan, India.

2. What we collect
- Booking requests: your name, company, work email, country, the service you need, product, order quantity, factory city, ready date, AQL level and any notes you add.
- Emails and messages: what you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp, including specifications and photos you attach.
- Orders and invoices: billing contact, company name, billing address, tax number and payment references. Payments are made by bank transfer; we never collect card details.
- Website analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views, referrers, device type and page-load speed in aggregate. It sets no cookies, does not track you across sites and does not build a profile of you. We use no advertising tools.
- Server logs: IP address, browser and request details kept by our hosting providers for security.
We do not ask for sensitive data, and we ask you not to send it.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions with legal effects. We do not send marketing emails.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that process it for us under contract, and with the inspector assigned to your order. Our service providers are:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and the website forms.
- Google Workspace: email, and the record of booking requests and inspector applications. If you apply to work with us as an inspector, the details you enter in the application form (name, contact details, city, areas you cover, experience, product categories, availability, kit, languages, expected day rate, any CV link, and how you heard about us) are emailed to us and kept in a Google Sheet so we can assess your application.
- Wix (Wix.com Ltd.): our customer contact list. When you send a booking request, your name, email address, company and the request details are saved there so we can follow up.
- WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to message us there.
We may disclose data where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
Clear To Load operates in India and collects your data directly from you here. Our service providers may process it in other countries; they do so under their own data processing terms, which include the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where these are required.
6. How long we keep it
Booking requests that do not lead to an order: 24 months. Order, report and invoice records: 8 years from the end of the financial year, as Indian company and tax law requires. We delete or anonymise data at the end of these periods.
7. Your rights (EU and UK)
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You can complain to the data protection authority in your country; in the UK, that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
8. Your rights (India)
Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you can ask for a summary of the personal data we process and who we have shared it with, ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it, withdraw consent, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and use our grievance process. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Grievance contact: Yogesh Raygoor, founder (hello@cleartoload.com). We acknowledge a grievance within 7 days and resolve it within 30 days.
9. Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits in aggregate without cookies or cross-site tracking, so it needs no cookie banner. The site keeps one setting in your browser's session storage so that the WhatsApp greeting is shown only once per visit; it is deleted when you close the tab. If we ever add analytics that use cookies, we will ask for your consent first and list them here.
10. Security
We protect personal data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), two-step verification on our accounts, and access limited to the people who need it. If a breach is likely to affect you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires: within 72 hours to the supervisory authority under the GDPR, and to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
