Inspection at every stage of an order
We work for the buyer. An importer books us to check goods at an Indian supplier's factory, and we report what we find, with photos, against the buyer's own specification.
Clear To Load was founded in 2017 as Qualis Sourcing. Today the company has two brands: Clear To Load, which inspects every product category at factories across India, and Qualis Assurance, a sister brand for furniture inspection only, with its own flat-fee pricing.

How we reach any factory in India
Staff inspectors cover their home cities and travel from them; vetted freelance inspectors cover remote areas, working to the Clear To Load checklist, report standard and verdict, with every report reviewed by a supervisor before release.

The same standard on every inspection
- One checklist per order. Built from your purchase order, specification and approved sample, so the inspector checks what you agreed with the factory.
- Standard sampling. Sample sizes and accept/reject numbers come from ISO 2859-1 for your lot size, inspection level and AQL.
- Photos of every finding. Each defect is recorded with a photo and classified as critical, major or minor.
- Supervisor review. Every report is checked by a supervisor against the checklist and the photos before it is released.
- One verdict. Every report ends in Cleared to load, Hold or Not cleared, so you know at a glance whether the goods can ship.
How freelance inspectors are vetted
Freelance inspectors work only to the Clear To Load checklist and report format, and their reports go through the same supervisor review as staff reports.
Before a first assignment we check experience and references, run a sample inspection review, confirm there are no ties to factories they would inspect, and have a senior inspector review their first inspection closely. How we vet inspectors, or apply to inspect with us.

Accreditation
Not yet accredited. ISO/IEC 17020 accreditation is in progress.
Independence
Our client is the buyer who books the inspection. The report goes to the buyer, and the buyer decides whether the goods ship.
- Paid by buyers only. No fee, commission or gift from any factory we inspect.
- Same fee, pass or fail. The fee is fixed at booking and never changes with the result.
- Your report goes only to you. Findings, photographs and results go to the buyer alone.
- Random sampling, our hands. Samples are chosen by our inspector, at random, from packed goods. Pieces a factory sets aside are refused.
